Using the Case Design App

  • How do I view my order history?

    You can check your order history from “My Page”
    ① From the Home Screen, open the “Menu” bar.

    ② From the menu, select the “My Page” button.
    ③Your order history should be displayed.

  • Can I place an order with my previously made design?

    Orders will stay in your history for 3 months. Within that time span, you can make additional orders on My Page.
    ① From the Home screen, open the Menu bar.

    ②Click the “My Page” button in the Menu bar.

    ③ Click the “Order the Same Case” button.

  • How do I use the Eyedropper Tool in Design Mode?

    ①From the background tab, click on the Eyedropper Tool.

    ② Match ◎ with your desired color. This will put the selected color as your background.

    It’s a convenient function when you want to integrate your a photo in your design.

  • How do I leave a review in the App Store?

    1. First, open the App Store.


    2. Tap the “Write a Review” button.


    3. Find the DesignCase app using the search bar.


    4. Expand options for the app, and click “Write a Review”. Tap the stars to rate and write your comments in the review section. When done, tap send.

  • Can I use a previously saved design in another model?

    Saving your Design

    ① We’re using an iPhone 7 for our example.
    As usual, hit the “Start” button.

    ② Here’s the design screen.
    Try using our app’s downloaded backgrounds, fonts, stamps, and frames or your favorite photos🎶

    ③ Click the “Save” button in the upper-left corner to save your design. If you aren’t done, you can come back to it later.

    ④ After hitting the save button, this screen will appear.
    Select the “Save my Design” button.

    ⑤ You can save your design like this!
    When you want to continue your design, go to the “Continue to Design” button ♪

    ⑥ You can return to the design screen later.

    ⑦ It will be saved until you want to return to the design.

    Recreating your Design on Another Model

    ① For our example, we’re using a our previous smartphone case design on a portable charger base. Hit the “Start” button to begin!

    ② Here’s the Design screen for the portable charger.
    Hit the “Save” button in the upper-left corner.

    ③ Select the “Continue from Previous Design” button.

    ④ Here’s the screen with your previously-saved designs. Select the design you’d like to use.

    ⑤ You can now use your smartphone case design on the portable charger♪

  • How do I leave a review in the Google Play Store?

    1. Open the “Google Play Store” app.


    2. Press the Menu Button.

    3. (To write the review) Press “My Apps” in the sidebar.


    4. In “My Apps” look for the DesignCase app in your installed apps.


    5. Scroll to, then press the app’s review section.


    6. Please rank our app out of five stars.


    7. After finishing your assessment of the app, tap the “Finish” button♪

Your Order

  • Can I create a case using a character image such as an animation?

    Because of copyright laws, we reserve the right to refuse designs. Concerning the use of copyrighted images, our company is not responsible if the customer does not have legitimate rights to use an image. Thank you for understanding.

  • Is it possible to purchase multiple orders together?

    Yes, it is possible. In this situation, plese add all the wanted items to the cart and proceed with ordering.

  • My product is broken. What should I do?

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at If your product is defective, we will gladly exchange your product. If preferred, we will provide a full refund.

  • I have not received my order confirmation email.

    The message may have been put in your spam folder. In your phone’s settings, because of your selected security options, you may have not receive the message. Request access from []. Thank you.

  • How long will it take my order to arrive?

    After payment is confirmed, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. (Shipment may be delayed for orders placed on weekends and holidays because we are closed.)

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Because our cases are made to order, after payment cancellations or exchanges are not allowed. Prior to payment, cancellations are accepted. Thank you for understanding.

  • I want to change my delivery/email address.

  • Which payment methods are available?

    Payment can be made at a convenience store, by credit card, or bank transfer.

  • I did not receive my convenience store payment slip.

    When choosing the “convenience store” payment option, you will receive an email regarding your order details and another with payment information. If you have not received this email, please contact us at

  • Which credit cards can I use?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express

  • Do I have to pay the bank transfer fee?

    For those paying by bank transfer, unfortunately bank transfer fees are at the customer’s own expense. Payment via convenience store is free of charge.

  • Can you give me my receipt?

    The receipt will only be given to the person who’s name is on the order. Send receipt requests to

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    It costs about ¥200 per order.

  • How much is the shipping cost for multiple products?

    Shipping is determined by order, not product. Total shipping for an order costs about ¥200.

  • Completing Credit Card Payment

    If your credit card payment was incomplete prior to closing the app, you can see payment information from My Page in the Menu.

    ①From the DesignCase app’s home screen, click the Menu tab.

    ② This is where to find the My Page button.

    ③ Your order history will be displayed on My Page. Please select Credit Card payment

    ④ Click the URL and continue to the payment screen.

    ⑤ The credit card payment form will be displayed. Confirm the information, scroll to the bottom, and click the send button.

    ⑥ After entering your credit card information, you’re done!


  • About how long will it take for me to recieve my case?

    After receiving payment, your package will be delivered in 7-10 business days. We cannot provide a specific date or time.

  • How will my package be sent?

    Packages will be sent via Yu-Pack.


  • I don’t know my Android Model Number

    In your Android’s Settings, find and click the system option. In “System” there should be a tab that says “About phone”. There, you will be able to find your Android Model Number.

Using the Pocketbook Case

  • Can I change the color of my Wallet case?

    Unfortunately, at this time we only provide wallet cases in white, so it cannot be changed to another color. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make note of other color options in the future.

  • Do you have Wallet cases for left-handed people?

    Unfortunately, at this time we only provide wallet cases for right-handed people. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make not of this for the future.

  • I don’t know how to use my new portable charger.

    Charging the Portable Charger

    1.Connect the USB Cable (included) to the microUSB port
    2. Connect to your PC/Laptop or a wall outlet. (USB/AC adapter sold separately)
    3. When the light turns on, your battery has started charging.
    ※Approximate time to fully charge: 6 hours (1A), 12 hours (0.5A)

    Charging your Smartphone

    1. Connect the stored microUSB cable to the charging port on your smartphone.
    2. Charging has begun when the light turns on.
    ※Do not charge your phone while charging the portable battery.
    ※Devices exceeding 1A charging capacity can only charge up to 1A.
    ※After use, please disconnect the cable from you device
    ※To get the most out of your battery life, don’t continue to charge your device after charging is completed.

    Light Specifications

    ・The portable charger features two light colors: red and blue
    ・While charging your portable charger, the red light will blink.
    ・When charging is complete, blinking will stop, and the red light will stay lit.
